Our Team
Shippensburg Produce and Outreach feeds over 400 families per week with the help of volunteers, donors and partners throughout the Shippensburg Area School District.
There is no single solution to hunger and food insecurity, but there are immediate steps and long-term strategies that can help make a real impact in the Shippensburg community. By coming together and addressing the issue of food poverty, we are also strengthening the hunger safety for future generations by improving access to healthy, nutritious food resources.
Executive Director
Jennifer is originally from New Oxford, Adams County, PA and has lived in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, for over 10 years ago. She is blessed to be the mother of three children, a son and two daughters, and the middle sister of three. Her family has been an amazing support system throughout her life and is the basis for her belief that food is love. Jennifer is a graduate of Widener University and has twenty years of experience working with community-based organizations. She is an active volunteer with both Dauphin County CASA and the Humane Society, and believes the key to change is to advocate, collaborate and educate.
