Diaper Bank
The Shippensburg Produce and Outreach (SPO) Diaper and Personal Care Bank (Diaper Bank) is a local non-profit that distributes diapers and personal care items to SPO Clients. The Diaper Bank distributes these items on the first Tuesday of every month, free of charge.
In order to receive diapers, clients must first be registered with SPO. After registering with SPO, clients must register with the Diaper Bank during one of our distribution days. Parents and/or Guardians must provide proof of age for the children receiving diapers before diapers are given out. Proof of age can be any document that provides a child’s age verification. It can include school records, birth certificate, insurance cards, or hospital birth cards. The Diaper Bank will provide diapers and one pack of wipes on a monthly basis for up to two children per family.
If you would like to apply fill out the application below and bring it on the first Tuesday off the month!
Personal care items will be given out once a month to all SPO clients. Clients are encouraged to take only two items per family. Possible items may include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, razors, toothbrush, toothpaste, tampons, pads and more.
If you have any questions or would like to set up a personal care item drive, please contact the Diaper Bank at spodiaperbank@gmail.com or (717) 477-9100.
